If you are attend the surgery for any reason, we ask that all patients, aged 5 years and over, wear a face covering at all times.
If you have been invited to attend the practice we ask that only one parent or guardian accompanies a child to their appointments.
If you have a carer they may accompany you. Otherwise, you must attend alone.
Any of the below facial coverings will be accepted.
