Do you feel annoyed when you cannot get an appointment? Last month 286 Patients failed to attend without letting us know.There is very little we can do about this, but we do operate the following policy:
New patients who DNA the first visit (yes it does happen) will receive a leaflet detailing our policy. If they DNA again they are removed from the list.Existing patients who DNA twice in 6 months are sent a similar leaflet. If they DNA again they are removed from the list.Please ring at least 2 hours before your appointment if cannot attend so the appointment can be used for someone else.
